2. Services

Highgate Institute provides:

  • The AI Career Disruption Readiness Assessment — a free 24-question online diagnostic that generates a personalised report
  • The Highgate Institute Mastermind — a 6-week peer coaching programme (€750) consisting of weekly 90-minute facilitated sessions, a personalised report, and access to a facilitating coach
  • 1:1 Executive Coaching — individual coaching engagements, priced on enquiry

3. Free Assessment

The assessment is provided free of charge. By completing the assessment and submitting your email and LinkedIn profile, you consent to receiving your personalised report and related follow-up communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

The assessment is a self-awareness tool based on established career psychology frameworks. It does not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or therapy.

4. Mastermind Programme — Contract Formation

Submitting an application does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when:

  • You have completed the screening conversation and been accepted
  • You have received written confirmation of your place
  • Payment has been received in full

We reserve the right to decline any application if we determine the programme is not a suitable fit.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • The Mastermind programme is priced at €750 per participant
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is due in full before the first session
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@highgatesociety.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days.

Waiver of Withdrawal Right

If the programme begins within the 14-day withdrawal period at your explicit request, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after the programme has partially begun, you may be charged a proportional amount for the sessions already delivered.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Before the programme starts: Full refund within 14 days of withdrawal request
  • After the programme starts: No refund for sessions already delivered. Remaining sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
  • Missed sessions: Missed sessions are not refundable. One missed session per cohort is acceptable; missing two or more may result in removal from the programme without refund

8. Confidentiality

All discussions within the Mastermind programme are confidential. Participants agree not to share personal details, business information, or specific challenges discussed by other group members outside the sessions.
